JCG Events is owned by husband and wife Jessica and Michael Masi. Our event-planning services are prepared to meet your needs: locally, nationally or abroad. Offering over ten years of combined professional event planning experience, we believe in an organic planning process to professionally execute our clients’ visions. We have the experience, creativity, and attention to detail that produces events that inspire and reflect you or your company’s brand. As a couple, we offer two creatively diverse and complimentary perspectives that, in the end, make each wedding and event we do so truly unique.
A Nebraska native, Michael, traded his Cornhuskers for Seminoles while getting a degree at Florida State. There he met the better half of the company (and his life), Jessica. Following a head hunting stint as a business development manager in Manhattan, Michael headed south again, this time landing in Miami, where he got an MBA from the Chapman School of Business at FIU. Michael then found the perfect fit professionally and personally – he joined JCG Events. Michael is a detail oriented, straight shooter; he is the numbers, budget kind of guy. When not otherwise engaged, Michael enjoys cooking with a glass of wine or hitting the links with his buddies.
Jessica was born and raised in Miami and has a deep appreciation and an intuitive feel for the ‘Magic City’ coupled with an equally strong desire to share its best kept secrets. She started her career in the fast paced event driven world of New York City, making her mark at one of the top firms. But Jessica knew before long she would return to her city and in time she and her husband headed to Miami where she started JCG Events. A keen eye for details, a remarkable sensitivity to clients’ needs, and an obsessive desire to get things right are her trademarks. During her well-earned down time, Jessica can be spotted strolling through farmer’s markets, or walking her Belgian malinois, Mali, at Key Biscayne beach.
